At AmsalLuxe, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below, which explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and costs. We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 2-day exchange or return policy. To be eligible for exchange or return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that sale items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return delivery charges, which are non-refundable. Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan.

  • International shipping is available for select products. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days at an additional cost (shown at checkout).

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 10,000/-. Orders below this amount will include a standard shipping fee.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.


5. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (Pakistan): Typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country. The estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.

  • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local laws or courier limitations.


7. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders Only)

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once your package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
